The Basic Photoshop and Illustrator Workshop is an in-depth exploration into the tools and features of these programs. Since a production environment doesn't lend an operator much time to really explore an application, this is an excellent opportunity to find out what these programs are really capable of doing. We will demonstrate tools and techniques that can significantly improve production quality and efficiency.

Each participant will complete activities and follow along with the instructor on their own Mac, provided by APR. We will build a simple flexo job, taking it from Photoshop and into Illustrator. Though it is not required, we do recommend each participant take the Prepress for Flexography 2-Day Training Program as we will continue to relate the instruction back to flexography.

Enrollment is limited to 6 participants. Your fee includes all materials, CD-ROM of training handouts and daily lunches, snacks and beverages. The schedule for each day is 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

This program is periodically offered at our facility in Glendale Heights, IL; however, we can also come to your facility. We can even customize the content to more specifically reflect your production environment and desired training agenda.
